Compound could improve cancer detection, treatment

An experimental compound being developed by a Madison company could help doctors better detect and treat many types of cancer, a new UW-Madison study says. The compound, which is thought not to accumulate in healthy cells, ?is essentially a cancer-homing agent to which we can attach many different payloads,?
