On Campus: Oshkosh turns to Georgia administrator as new chancellor

For its next chancellor, UW-Oshkosh has picked a Georgia administrator known as an effective fundraiser and, prior to that, an award-winning chemistry professor.Andrew Leavitt, 50, will take over the top job at Oshkosh, the third-largest university in the University of Wisconsin System, in November.
