Ethics board says ticket access for Wisconsin lawmakers must end (AP)

MADISON – Eleven state lawmakers purchased tickets to sold-out Wisconsin football games this fall through the school’s lobbyist in an arrangement the state Ethics Board says must end, according to documents obtained by the Associated Press.
