It’s cheaper for an Illinois student to earn a veterinary medicine degree in Wisconsin than in Illinois, and the Illinois student is getting a bargain for a higher-ranked program, according to U.S. News and World Reports 2016 “Best Graduate School” rankings released Tuesday.
