POCATELLO ââ?¬â?? The State Board of Education announced Dr. Arthur Vailas will be the next president of Idaho State University.
Prior to joining UH, Vailas was associate dean for research and development at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a university he served in numerous capacities.
