Three UW-Madison bands have paired concerts with food drives,collecting more than 500 pounds of food so far this year. The traditioncontinues Sunday in a concert featuring Tom Ryan, State Street’s orange-clad”Piccolo Man.” He’ll perform “The Wren Polka,” a lively concerto-style work.
