Odin, the UW-Madison Police Department’s explosive-detection and tracking K9, was put down Tuesday morning, Oct. 3, after developing masses on his spleen and liver. The 9-year-old german shepherd was born in the Czech Republic and partnered with Lt. Brent Plisch.
