MADISON, Wis. — Despite the lack of a fighting tradition like the Paul Bunyan ax, Madison sports fans are already buzzing about the Capital One Bowl.The game is slated for Jan. 1 in Orlando, Fla., and will be a long-coming rematch between the University of Wisconsin Badgers and the Arkansas Razorbacks. The last time the Badgers faced the Razorbacks it was 1912 and Woodrow Wilson had recently won the U.S. presidency.
