The measure died in the Senate but UW regents adopted the sanctions as policy in October. Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, Sen. Chris Kapenga and Reps. Cody Horlacher and Dave Murphy re-introduced the bill Tuesday. Passage would cement the sanctions in statute.
