University of Minnesota athletic director Joel Maturi was being stretched in multiple directions. All of the above came into focus and perspective Wednesday when Maturi paid homage to one of his earliest mentors, Otto Breitenbach, who suffered a heart attack Monday and died Tuesday. Breitenbach (a former UW Athletic Department administrator) was 82.
