NOAA STUDY RAISES CLIMATE QUESTIONS: The intensity of hurricanes and typhoons have increased over the past four decades, according to a new study from the NOAA and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, indicating a link between the power of the tropical storms and human-driven climate change.
