Virginia S. Hinshaw, provost and executive vice chancellor at the University of California, Davis, is headed to the University of Hawaii as chancellor of the Manoa campus.The University of Hawaii Board of Regents is expected to confirm Hinshaw’s appointment Thursday, said UH spokeswoman Kristen Bonilla.
