Editorial: While the Regents are in townâ?¦ (Oshkosh Northwestern)

The University of Wisconsin-System’s Board of Regents is in Oshkosh today.

So, while the regents are in town, visiting the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, there are a couple of community positives and housekeeping matters to point out.
