Wineke: Lasee is fun, but lawyers have uses

Message to the Wisconsin Assembly: You’re not supposed to let the lunatics be in charge of the asylum.
The “lunatic” in this case is Rep. Frank Lasee, who, I confess, is one of my favorite lawmakers.
