Jim Doyle and legislative leaders plan to meet privately starting Monday to work out a budget deal that all involved said could be done by the end of the week.Announcement of the meeting to be held at the governorâ??s residence came Friday after Democrats made a major concession designed to kick-start negotiations over the budget that is three months late.
