Raphael D. “Ray” Wagner , age 94, passed away on Friday, Dec. 7, 2007. Most of his life was spent teaching mathematics in elementary school, high school, and with the University of Wisconsin Extension Centers in Green Bay, Marinette, and the University of Wisconsin Extension Division in Madison. He is a retired professor emeritus of mathematics.
