University of Wisconsin Athletic Department officials readily admit the student-athlete discipline policy introduced 10 months ago is a work in progress.
That was evident Friday, when the UW Athletic Board unanimously approved significant changes to the document that made headlines during the 2003-04 school year. The alterations go into effect for 2004-05.
