The University of Wisconsin athletic department hasn’t made scheduled payments toward a $20 million, interest-free loan from central campus in the last two fiscal years.
It also won’t make payments toward more than $15 million in remaining debt on the loan in the next two years but faces no penalty for delaying repayment.
