The 100th anniversary of Breese Stevens Field has given pause to Otto Puls for reflection on its history, and his own with the Madison venue fronting East Washington Avenue.
Puls was his bat boy for games at Breese Stevens. In a 1954 Capital Times column, Cornelius wrote about Puls, who was then playing for the University of Wisconsin.
