Reactions roll in to Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling on race-based retention grants

Some of Wisconsin’s justices disagreed with the ruling, but said they were bound by the U.S. Supreme Court’s precedent to strike down the grants. UW-Madison political theory Professor Howard Schweber says it’s important the public understands that nuance.
