A man accused of poisoning a UW lab worker earlier this year is heading to trial, online records show.
Makoto Kuroda, 41, is charged with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and tampering with household products. The charges stem from an April 5 incident in which Kuroda allegedly contaminated his coworker’s belongings with toxic chemicals.
