Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, in partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Extension, has launched the 2026-2027 Parasite Patrol Tour, a multi-state educational program designed to help sheep and goat producers improve parasite management.
The tour began on August 4 and will stop in Outagamie County, Wisconsin, on Friday, September 25.
The workshop addresses one of the biggest challenges facing small ruminant producers parasite resistance to traditional deworming treatments.
