The newly redeveloped State Street Campus Garage is now open to the public.
The development replaces the former Lake Street Parking Garage, built in 1964, as maintenance costs for the aging structure increased.
City officials say the building will include student housing and public parking. A regional bus terminal is scheduled to open in October.
