A landmark gift of a new humanities building on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus has inspired a sweet new addition to the Babcock Dairy lineup.
To honor the extraordinary generosity of UW alumni Marv and Jeff Levy, Babcock Dairy will unveil a limited-edition ice cream flavor created by the brothers: Levylicious Salted Turtle. The flavor features a salted caramel ice cream swirled with a rich chocolate fudge ribbon and roasted, salted pecans.
