The University of Wisconsin was ranked eighth among public universities and 34th among public and private institutions in the U.S., according to the 2027 edition of U.S. News & World Report’s Best Collegesranking.
This is the highest ranking the university has received by the Best Colleges report in close to two decades, according to UW News.
