A former University of Wisconsin-Madison student became an internet sensation after being photographed celebrating the Badgers’ upset victory over Penn State in the heart of enemy territory.
Devin Silver graduated from UW-Madison this past spring and now works as a medical assistant and EMT in Washington, D.C.
