A flood of pink flamingos will take over UW-Madison’s Bascom Hill lawn this week as part of an annual fundraiser from the university’s foundation and alumni association.
The Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association fundraiser, called Fill the Hill, will kick off its 14th year when donation calls begin at 5 p.m. Thursday. The first pink flamingo will be placed on the lawn at 5 a.m. Friday morning.
