A Nobel Prize-themed ice cream will make its way into Babcock Dairy’s library of flavors this spring, and UW-Madison is asking the public to pick it.
UW-Madison’s Francis Halzen won the Nobel Prize in physics on Oct. 6 for his work as principal investigator of the IceCube Neutrino Observatory, a university-operated international research collaboration in the South Pole near the Amundsen-Scott Station.
