Two men accused in a hazing incident at a Madison fraternity in September will not be charged, the Dane County District Attorney’s office said on Monday.
Police responding to an anonymous tip found about 30 partially clothed men covered in food, condiments and other liquids in the sweltering basement of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity house at 112 Langdon St. on the evening of Sept. 23.
