A Madison woman could face up to 25 years behind bars after she pleaded no contest Thursday to the hit-and-run drunken driving death of a pedestrian last summer on Madison’s North Side. Tammie Blizzard is a purchasing associate for UW-Madison’s Vehicle Services unit.
