Phyllis Marie Brose, age 82, formerly of Madison, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 31, 2008. Phyllis was instrumental in the development of the first hemodialysis unit at the University Hospital in Madison. She served as the unit’s nursing supervisor from 1966 until 1989.
