MADISON — Michelle Obama didn’t mention John McCain or Sarah Palin in her remarks today at a rally in a park near the University of Wisconsinâ??s football stadium. But she did make it clear that her husband, Barack Obama, is more in touch with issues that affect average Americans than his rival.
