Beatrice Elizabeth Donaldson David, age, 96, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008. In 1952, she joined the faculty of the foods and nutrition department at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Bea retired in 1978 as professor emeritus in the Department of Food Science.
