New University of Wisconsin-Madison Chancellor Biddy Martin said Thursday she would replace the school’s No. 2 official, the latest personnel change in her short tenure.
“I am building my own team,” Martin said as she announced that Patrick Farrell would leave his job at the end of the semester.
