Obituary: Benjamin Bruce Marsh

Benjamin Bruce Marsh, age 82, of Madison, died on Sunday, May 10, 2009. Bruce was appointed professor of meat and animal science and director of the Meat Science and Muscle Biology Laboratory at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1971, and he spent the remainder of his career studying, writing, and teaching at the University, until his retirement and appointment as professor emeritus in 1992
