LONG BEACH, Calif. – Carly Piper’s sixth-place performance in the finals of the 400 freestyle at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials paced three other current and former University of Wisconsin swimmers, but not one was able to earn a spot on the U.S. Olympic swimming team on Thursday.
