A plan to build an on-campus practice and competition rink for the University of Wisconsin menâ??s and womenâ??s hockey programs has been shelved indefinitely. The announcement Tuesday prompted discouraged expressions from those affected by the delay, starting with UW menâ??s coach Mike Eaves. â??It is disappointing,â? he said. â??Thereâ??s no question about that.â?
