As GOP readies Walker endorsement, question arises: Will history repeat itself?

On Friday more than 1,000 Republican Party faithful will arrive in Milwaukee for the 2010 state GOP convention, where it is expected they will endorse Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker for governor.
