Sailing: Unruly weather washes out first day of women’s college national championships

First, there was no wind Tuesday. And once it came, it brought rain and lightning. Unruly weather washed out the competition on the first day of the Intercollegiate Sailing Association womenâ??s national championship on Lake Mendota, and the forecast doesnâ??t look much better for Day 2.
