UW-Madison professor Lewis Keith Cohen was to be released from the Milwaukee County Jail on Friday evening pending the expected filing of formal charges against him for allegedly trying to meet a 14-year-old boy for sex in a Milwaukee suburb. Paul Tiffin, Milwaukee County assistant district attorney, said any charges against Cohen, 59, would be announced by Tuesday at the latest.
