Just ask the approximately 26,500 people (including 17,200 packed into Library Mall plus the overflow crowd) who gathered to hear President Barack Obama fire up Madtown. The president chose UW-Madison for the first of a series of rallies aimed at re-inspiring his supporters and getting them out to vote for Democrats in the Nov. 2 election.
