The UW-Madison is mourning the loss of one of its students who died Sunday afternoon in a crash on Madison?s Near East Side. According to Dean of Students Lori Berquam, the 12:30 p.m. crash killed Dylan Ellefson, 21, a senior who was studying to become a Spanish teacher.
