Wisconsin coach Bret Bielema assures he started preparing long ago to remake his coaching staff if necessary. The first move became necessary late Sunday when defensive coordinator Dave Doeren, a member of Bielema?s first staff in 2006, agreed to become head coach at Northern Illinois.
