Eaves to get raise

A major pay raise for University of Wisconsin men’s hockey coach Mike Eaves is likely to get final approval from school officials later this week.
The UW Athletic Board will meet Friday to consider a recommendation from its personnel committee that Eaves receive an upgraded compensation package, believed to be worth $250,000 annually, starting in 2005-06.
