Madison Democrat, Representative Mark Pocan, said legislators have voiced more concerns over an increase in the cost of a deer hunting license, than in increases in tuition on UW campuses. “A lot of us are here because of that education,” said Pocan. “We’re making it harder and harder for people to get the same opportunity we had.
