A federal judge issued an opinion Wednesday that he won?t force UW-Madison to fund the conservative student group Collegians for a Constructive Tomorrow. CFACT filed a lawsuit in 2009 arguing that the university had denied its request for funding because of its conservative views on environmental and social issues.
