Local leaders are betting on the Badgers to win the Rose Bowl.
Mayor Paul Soglin and the mayor of Eugene, Oregon, Kitty Piercy, have a wager on the outcome. The two agreed to provide $500 to be used for tools for Habitat for Humanity organizations in either Madison or Eugene.
