New Developments in an Infamous 1992 Green Bay Paper Mill Murder (WBAY-TV, Green Bay)

A new development in the case of Tom Monfils –the man killed in a Green Bay paper mill in 1992.

Six of his co-workers were convicted of conspiring to murder him –five of them remain in prison.

Action 2 News has learned four of the convicted murders are now talking to the Wisconsin Innocence Project, which works through the U-W Madison law school to exhonorate people wrongfully convicted.
