An intriguing proposal recently came across the desk of University of Wisconsin athletic director Barry Alvarez. Someone was pitching the idea of having the Badgers play a non-league football game against California, a Pac-12 Conference school, at Lambeau Field in Green Bay. “I don?t know if it?s possible,??
