Last week I wrote a story on a proposed drunken driving law. And like I have done numerous times in the past, I contacted Nina Emerson with the UW Law School?s Resource Center on Impaired Driving for some information.Two days after the story ran, Emerson was notified that her funding will be gone when the 2014 fiscal year starts on Oct. 1 of this year.
